Energy load is estimated from degree days and average hot water use. Actual kW hours gas use over the past four years has been taken from meter readings.

The trend in the Spring is that the fuel usage is below the estimated demand, this might be due to winter acclimatization. Whereas in the Autumn, the estimated demand and usage follow almost on the same line.
